The Professional Scrum Master level 1 course covers the principles and process theory underpinning the Scrum framework and the role of the Scrum Master in it.
With training material created by Scrum co-creator Ken Schwaber, the PSM™ I course is a combination of instruction and team-based exercises and teaches what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movement.
This course will give you a solid grounding in Scrum, its core principles and how best to apply it.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
At the end of this training, participants will:
• Acquire a deep appreciation of the Why behind the Scrum framework and how it employs empiricism and controls risk in a constantly changing work environment.
• Gain mastery of Scrum and the role of the Scrum Master in this two-day Professional Scrum Master™ I certification course.
